Celsis
An equity research terminal for the ASX that scores every listed company on factors the analyst weighs, with screening, portfolio, risk and a chat layer on the same engine.
01The situation
Celsis started as one white-label app for investment desks, rebranded per firm by its web address.
02Our assessment
The hard part is the data, not the screen. Full ASX coverage needs licensed feeds, and the free sources only allow personal use.
A score is only useful to a desk if it can be broken back into the factors behind it.
03What could be better
Let the desk set the factor weights, and keep the inputs on the same row as the score.
Record investments made at a broker and never place trades, so the tool stays a research and record system.
Have the chat answer off the same numbers as the screens rather than a second model.
04What we built
A regular snapshot of every ASX-listed company, plus macro series and news, behind one search bar.
Composite scoring that a separate check reproduces from the stored data, so the score on screen and the computed score cannot drift.
Screener, portfolio, risk and backtest modules, and a fund watch over a set of Australian micro-cap funds.
Email logins with an admin panel to switch accounts on and off, and separate live and demo modes.
