Two places we will end an engagement

The readiness check and the payback ranking can each stop the work before anything is built. That is what they are for.

A process where every arrow goes forward is marketing. One that names where the work gets refused is a commitment. Ours has two places where it can stop, and both come before a line of code.

First we find where the hours go

We sit with the people doing the work and map the operation first. The technology comes after that, or not at all.

Exit one. Are you ready for it?

No data, no model. If the data the system needs is not there, or the business needs digitalising first, we say so. The engagement ends there.

Exit two. Does anything clear the bar?

Every use case is scored on feasibility and return, and ranked by payback rather than by hype. If nothing clears the bar, nothing gets built.

No payback, no build.

What comes after the exits

One working system, on your real data, in production. Not a pilot deck. It goes where the work already happens, the group chat, the portal or the call your team is already in.
